Predicts.guru is an independent third-party analytics and informational platform that aggregates and displays publicly available data related to prediction markets, including but not limited to Polymarket. The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Polymarket, Polymarket Inc., or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, or partners.

The Site does not operate a prediction market, does not facilitate trading, does not provide brokerage or exchange services, and does not act as a financial intermediary. All data displayed on the Site is derived from publicly accessible sources and third-party APIs and is provided for informational and analytical purposes only.

2. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. The analytics, statistics, charts, and other information displayed on the Site are for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a basis for any financial decision. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment or trading decisions.

3. No Custody of Funds

The Site does not hold, control, manage, or have custody over any user funds, digital assets, cryptocurrencies, or tokens. The operator of the Site has no access to, control over, or responsibility for any funds, wallets, or assets of any user.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that the use of prediction markets, blockchain networks, digital assets, and decentralized applications involves significant risks, including but not limited to: loss of funds, market volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, regulatory uncertainty, and technological failures. You assume full and sole responsibility for evaluating these risks and for any decisions you make based on information obtained from the Site.

5. Restricted Jurisdictions

The Site displays analytics related to Polymarket and similar prediction market platforms. These platforms impose geographic restrictions on access and trading. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using prediction markets is legal in your jurisdiction.

As of the effective date, Polymarket restricts access from the following jurisdictions:

Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Burundi, Central African Republic, Congo (Democratic Republic), Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk, Ethiopia, France, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Lebanon, Libya, Luhansk, Myanmar, Netherlands, Nicaragua, North Korea, Ontario, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

This list is provided for informational purposes only and may not be current or complete. The operator of the Site is not responsible for maintaining an up-to-date list of restricted jurisdictions. Refer to the official Polymarket documentation for the most current restrictions. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, incorporated in, or a citizen or resident of any restricted jurisdiction, or that your use of the Site does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Indemnification

Market data, trademarks, and other content originating from third-party sources remain the property of their respective owners. The display of third-party data on the Site does not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or license.

13. Modification of Terms

The operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14. Termination

The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive shall survive, including but not limited to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
